Gender Equality Internship in South Africa

Addressing Gender Based Violence in Cape Town

Home: Welcome

About the Blog

Thanks to the generous support of the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School. I will work with Kwanele remotely, a nonprofit organization in Cape Town that supports victims of gender based violence (GBV), to develop an innovative app that gives women easy access to emergency help, the opportunity to build a community of support, and access to legal and mental health support.

I will be posting regular updates on the project throughout the summer to this blog.
